Frisco Porter

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. This position will require travel between Frisco, Plano, Allen and McKinney, supporting multiple facilities to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, manage daily cleaning tasks efficiently, and assist with light maintenance duties as needed. This is a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism across our locations.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies throughout the facility.
• Monitor supplies and inventory levels for cleaning products and equipment, reporting needs to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Skills in facilities maintenance or residential painting are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. 
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or prolonged standing.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
