Shift: Weekends shift could be days or nights
10-hour shifts
1st shift: 5:00 AM- 3:0pm
2nd shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
How you’ll make an impact
Inspect incoming materials, components, and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine and non-routine inspections on sub-assemblies and finished products
Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual testing activities
Identify, document, and escalate non-conformances as needed
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues
Follow HSE protocols to ensure safe testing and inspection practices
Collaborate with teams to improve processes and reduce defects
Your Background
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing
Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards
Proficiency in inspection, testing, and measurement techniques
Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Effective communication skills for documentation and collaboration
Availability for weekend and 2nd or 3rd shift work; U.S. citizenship required
