Product Industrialization Engineer CTTR

• PPAP documentations for new articles 
• Create new BOM and routings in SAP 
• Prepare technical documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and process validation reports.
• Lead the industrialization of new automotive products, from design through to mass production, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with product design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and optimization of designs for production.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment necessary for new product launches.
• Coordinate and manage prototype builds, validation activities, and pre-production trials to ensure product quality and process readiness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality, cycle time, and cost, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure adherence to automotive industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards throughout industrialization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

• Bachelor or Master degree (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering) 
• 3-5 years experience in similar role.
• Work Experience in Manufacturing transfer, New Product Introduction Projects
• Continuous improvement mindset and a result driven and quality driven approach
• Strong personal & communication skills in English
• SAP knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong Leadership, Teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organization and reporting skills.
