This role is a high-ownership opportunity to build and scale the entire hiring function for a fast-growing, remote-first marketing agency. As the first dedicated recruiting hire, you will work directly with leadership to shape how the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires talent across marketing, sales, creative, and operations functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting while also building proactive pipelines to support ongoing growth rather than reactive hiring. The position requires a mix of sourcing expertise, structured screening, and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale efficiently and maintain hiring quality.
