About the department

We see ourselves as the IT driving the energy transition. Using modern cloud technologies, we stay on course even in dynamic times and create digital solutions that make grid operations fit for the future. To achieve this, we are breaking new ground and consistently advancing the digitalization of processes related to the operation, maintenance, and expansion of our electricity and gas networks.

With our mobile applications and cloud-based backend services, we support employees in grid operations directly in the field: from capturing grid-relevant data and documenting measures to providing important information transparently across the electricity and gas grid. In this way, we create comprehensive transparency, improve operational workflows, and secure long-term benefits for grid operations, planning, and expansion.

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced Azure Software Engineer who will help us design, develop, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will play a key role in building modern backend services, integrating mobile applications with cloud platforms, automating processes, and ensuring that our digital solutions meet high standards for performance, availability, and maintainability.

And this is where you come in — as an Azure Software Engineer for Mobile Applications in Grid Operations.
