Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer services and onboarding management for all DKK clients;
- Define and implement workflows, SLAs, and training for DKK products and solutions;
- Work closely with the Trading, Operations and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation and customer service support for our transactional banking clients;
- Ensure that all necessary support tools such as Pipedrive, trading groups, and content management tools are integrated effectively in the team;
- Collaborate with other departments such as Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding process;
- Understand client's requirements and tailor the implementation process accordingly;
- Continuously monitor, measure, and improve the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction;
- Work closely with multiple countries, defining standards and overseeing and executing the migration plan from legacy platforms;
- Assist in daily Operations.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to grow themselves as well as helping DKK grow in these next few important years.
The ideal candidate is someone who has/can:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a finance, economic and/or operations related field
- Strong numeracy and Microsoft Excel literacy
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to prioritize and work to close deadlines
- Detail oriented with strong risk awareness and analytical mind
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, when dealing with complex queries
- Good knowledge on market practice and regulatory requirement
- Previous experience in financial services/banking payment operations
