At Lifepoint Health, as a New Graduate RN, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.
You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.
You’ll benefit from:

How you’ll contribute
A New Graduate RN who excels in this role:
- Demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care by performing comprehensive assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high-quality care.
- Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.
What we’re looking for:
Passionate New Graduates who have a
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- RN Licensure
- BCLS
Schedule:
3 12- hour shifts Days (7a-7p) Nights (7a-7P) every other weekend
