About the Opportunity

At Campbells, we’re excited to announce that we will be hiring Storeworkers / Pick Packer to join our Eagle Farm site on a casual position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you’ll be responsible for picking orders, managing stock, and supporting daily operations. You’ll play an important part in ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, and in full.

In this Role

• Pick customer orders using paper-based pick slips across Dry, Chiller, and Freezer zones
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for dispatch or customer collection
• Contact customers regarding substitutions, out-of-stocks, and short supplies
• Break down mixed pallets and sort stock into correct lanes
• Replenish stock and maintain correct locations with proper stock rotation
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks to maintain accurate records
• Provide general support to the warehouse team and assist customers where required

What are we looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy in picking and stock handling
• Availability to start from 4:00am
• Reliable transport (public transport is limited at early start times)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Availability to attend an on-site, in-person interview
