Porter - Masada Manor, The Arbors & Nicollet Court

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the building interior and exterior grounds and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors to the property. This role may involve cleaning apartment turns, light maintenance, snow removal, common area cleaning, trash pick-up and other duties as assigned.
