Assistant Manager, Air Freight Commercial Center, South District

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate quotation of air freight in South China & HK & Macao

2. Work with regional teams such as BD /pricing /solutions to follow APAC contract/service agreement.

3. Connect with internal product team for customer quotation/RFQ/RFI/tendar/tariff.

4. Lead and support RFQ/tender, ad-hoc enquiries, including analysis and understanding of customer requirements, customer solutioning and pricing comparison with market level and alternative solution.

5. Support to establish rate benchmark using external data source, e.g. WorldACD, market intelligence and RFQ data. Provide insights during RFQ and quotation process.

6. All air freight Pricing related issues.

Location： Shenzhen or Guangzhou

Requirements:

1. Fluent & professional in English writing & speaking, at least CET4 level.

2. Professional Diploma required and bachelor degree preferred

3. Minimum of 5-year experience in Logistics/Air Freight Industry (Especially air freight quotation experience)

4. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

5. Independent, energetic and responsible

6. Good team player and customer focus

7. Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

岗位职责：

1、 负责华南、香港及澳门的空运报价工作。

2、 与区域团队（如商务拓展、定价、解决方案团队）合作，遵循亚太区合同及服务协议。

3、 与内部产品团队沟通，为客户准备报价、投标与费率信息。

4、 主导并支持 RFQ /招标及临时询价工作，包括分析与理解客户需求、制定客户解决方案，以及与市场水平及替代方案的价格对比分析。

5、 支持基于外部数据源（如WorldACD）、市场情报及RFQ数据建立价格基准，并在 RFQ 过程中提供分析洞察。

6、 负责所有与空运定价（Air Freight Pricing）相关的工作及问题处理。

深圳或广州

任职要求：

1、 英文书写及口语能力流利且专业，至少大学英语四级以上。

2、 需具备专业文凭，优先考虑本科及以上学历。

3、 至少5年物流/空运行业经验（特别是空运报价相关经验）。

4、 具备良好的人际交往、沟通及谈判能力。

5、 独立、积极、责任心强。

6、 具备良好的团队合作精神及客户服务意识。

7、 熟练掌握 Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等办公软件。
