Job Description
- Set the goal and strategy for how YouTube on TV viewers consume and interact with YouTube Shorts across the player, entrypoints, and discovery journeys.
- Collaborate with recommendation and quality teams to optimize Shorts content for the living room with topical feeds and communal recommendations.
- Enhance the Shorts player with interactive and multi-format capabilities, scaling bets across shopping, music, and movies and shows integrations.
- Partner with Ads teams to develop next-generation TV-first Shorts ad formats and with OEMs for high-performance playback across surfaces.
- Develop product and visual design for the Shorts short-form content experience on TV.
