Oversee multiple cross-functional hardware and software XR dogfood programs from inception to completion, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical product risks.
Identify, recruit, and manage user groups based on demographics and device coverage, while coordinating global distribution points for seamless execution.
Analyze and report on program performance, user engagement, and feedback triage to management, while collaborating with Program Manager (PM) and Technical Program Manager (TPGM) teams to evaluate timelines and project needs.
Support the dogfood community by assessing, triaging, and advocating for user feedback to advocate the user experience.
Partner closely with XR Engineering and Hardware teams to leverage program insights and identify key opportunities for product improvements.
