They have a knack for establishing rapport, building relationships, and brewing a great cup of java! They spread joy and optimism to our members and guests while preparing handcrafted beverages. They promote Starbucks services and consistently improve member retention by determining guests’ coffee interests and anticipating their needs, creating genuine moments of connection and exceeding expectations day in and day out.
