Global ODM Production Planner - 2026 Graduates
When you’re working in the fast-moving world of technology, product availability is critical – which makes the availability of raw materials for production critical too. Our Material Planning team provides a controlled flow of materials to meet production requirements. We produce detailed schedules, adapting them if necessary to meet backlogs or material shortages, as well as material requirement lists and production plans that balance the demand and supply position of platforms and commodities to optimize product availability and cost. We’re experts at resolving problems with inventory, production schedules or material shortages and recommending procedures to avoid future problems.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Global ODM Production Planner, you will orchestrate end-to-end capacity and supply planning across our Global ODM network for Client products (Notebook/Desktop). You will operate at the intersection of demand, supply, and execution—ensuring Dell delivers the right products at the right time.

- Prepare schedules, order releases, and parameter updates.
- Analyze exceptions and coordinate resolutions with partners.
- Build reports and dashboards for visibility.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs.
