Job Description

Overview How You’ll Make an Impact We are looking for a Senior Professional, Client Leadership, to join our sales team in Brazil reporting directly to the Vice President, Sales. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding Epsilon’s footprint in the market. You will lead prospecting efforts, identify high-value opportunities, and build strong pipelines across brands and agencies, positioning Epsilon’s Media, Advertising, and Data solutions as key drivers of growth. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven strategies using audiences, programmatic buying, and social media to win new accounts and generate incremental revenue. Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve Build and implement a new business sales strategy for the Brazilian market. Identify, prospect, and engage new clients (brands and agencies) through outbound and inbound initiatives. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales funnel. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation and closing. Position Epsilon’s solutions by crafting customized proposals and value propositions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to design compelling solutions that win new business. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and opening new revenue streams within target accounts. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities. Represent Epsilon in client meetings, pitches, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. Qualifications Who You Are What you’ll bring with you: 5+ years of experience in new business sales within Advertising, Media, or Marketing technology. Experience working with AdTech/MarTech and programmatic solutions. Proven track record of opening new accounts and exceeding new revenue targets. Strong experience in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals from scratch. Hunter approach: proactive, resilient, and driven by winning new business opportunities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to build relationships quickly with new collaborators and decision-makers.
