Senior Process Engineer

What you’ll do
As an Intermediate to Senior Process Engineer in our Energy & Industrial team, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Deliver innovative process engineering solutions across energy, resources, manufacturing, dairy, and food and beverage projects
- Lead small to medium-sized sustaining capital projects, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and business objectives
- Support projects across the full lifecycle, including cost estimation, design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and handover
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to work-winning through proposals, technical solutions, and business development activity
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Support our growing decarbonisation portfolio and help strengthen partnerships with new and existing manufacturing clients
What you’ll bring
- Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally in Process or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in dairy, food and beverage, clean-industry sectors, or general manufacturing
- Around 6+ years’ post-graduate experience in a similar process engineering role
- A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes across multidisciplinary projects
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to see the big picture, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh thinking to project delivery
- Experience supporting work-winning, client engagement, or proposal development
- Chartered status, or working towards chartership, would be advantageous
