• With limited direction, conducts high-profile, complex, and time-sensitive international investigations that present increased financial, regulatory, and reputational risk to the organization. • Assist with ad hoc internal projects within ECD, such as – data analytics, policy changes/revisions, automation of certain manual tasks using AI or other tools, etc.
• Assist or develop risk assessment programs to support the ECD program.
• Support the anti-corruption program and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to ensure alignment on program initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate compliance role handling a variety of complex compliance matters and implementing programs and solutions to meet such requirements
- CEF/CA/Legal qualification required
- Demonstrated experience conducting and managing investigations
- Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing and supporting compliance programs in complex, technology-driven, or industrial environment
- Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, growing company and adjust quickly to change.
- Must be able to manage multiple competing requests and ensure that projects are completed on a timely basis
