What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation, and drafting written summaries and internal communications
- Write and edit internal‑facing content, including daily growth status updates, opportunity summaries, and proposal support text (non‑technical)
- Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy and prepare inputs for leadership reporting
- Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents
- Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high‑volume periods
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
• Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications
• Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise written outputs
- A CF APMP, Shipley, or related certifications
- Familiarity with structured processes, templates, and trackers
- Interest in learning about federal contracting or professional services environments
