Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete production and finishing
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Prepare molds and materials for production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Job Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- 1-year previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management
- Punctual and reliable
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

WORK SCHEDULE:
First shift Monday - Friday, starting at 7am
Layoffs expected January-March, ability to apply for unemployment during layoff season
