This is a key role at the heart of IMG Studios’ operational delivery, helping ensure seamless execution across live, studio and post-production workflows for a major client account.
Working closely with the Operations Delivery Manager and Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating the resources that bring content to life — from live transmission and studio production through to post-production, media management and content delivery.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling and booking the right people and resources at the right time, ensuring every stage of production runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where your work directly supports the delivery of high-quality content across live broadcast and production environments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Coordinate all client project bookings, ensuring facilities, resources, crew, and services are accurately scheduled and communicated.
Assist the Operations Delivery Supervisor in maintaining & distributing accurate call sheets, schedules, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with the Bookings team to maintain the booking and scheduling system as the single source of truth, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
Book and keep track of progress for ‘non-resource based’ bookings such as Media Management or File Delivery tasks.
Support the Manager and Supervisor with the day-to-day delivery of the client account.
Support the Manager and Supervisor in keeping accurate Operational Documentation for the project.
Act as a professional point of contact for clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to resolve booking conflicts, resource challenges, and operational issues.
Assist Manager & Supervisor in maintaining accurate records to support project administration, issue POs & assist with cost tracking and financial reporting.
Support freelance administration via Fieldglass / CXC Platform.
Occasionally provide out-of-hours support for events and client requests.
Within reason, perform other related duties and tasks as required to support the broader team and department goals.

Experience creating and managing schedules, call sheets, or operational documentation.
Experience using scheduling, booking, or resource management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions
The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge
This is a 1 year fixed term contact
Working hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, with occasional work outside of these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as required by the business.
