Where You’ll Make a Difference
Build and support analytics solutions based on SAP source data across SD, FICO, Supply Chain (MM), and Manufacturing (PP) modules.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and design appropriate SAP BW solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business and functional teams to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and data requirements.
Develop, enhance, and optimize SAP BW data flows — extractors, Data Sources, transformations, DTPs, advanced DSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS, and Info Objects.
Write, enhance, and tune ABAP code for Data Source enhancements, function-module extractors, transformation routines, BEx exits, and custom programs.
Develop SAP HANA models (Calculation Views, AMDP procedures, SQL Script) and integrate with BW/4HANA.
Deliver and tune BEx queries, BW queries, CDS Views, and reporting outputs consumed by Analysis for Office, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, and other tools.
Support migration and modernization efforts — BW → BW/4HANA, ECC → S/4HANA, and selective integration with SAP Datasphere and cloud data platforms.
Monitor data loads, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing operational support.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or any other related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on design and development experience implementing analytics solutions on SAP BW, including at least 2–3 years on BW on HANA / BW/4HANA.
Deep, hands-on expertise with SAP BW — modelling, extraction, transformation, loading, query development, and reporting.
Strong experience performing extractions and transformations, including LO Cockpit (RSA7/LBWE), generic extractors, and ODP-based delta mechanisms.
Solid understanding of Finance & Controlling processes — General Ledger, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Month-End Close, Cost Center / Profit Center Accounting.
Working knowledge of SD, MM, and PP business processes and how they integrate with FICO.
Strong query and report performance tuning skills (aggregates, indexing, partitioning, OLAP cache, HANA-optimized models).
Proficiency in BW reporting tools — BEx, BW Query, CDS Views, Analysis for Office (SAP AO), SAP BusinessObjects.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English.
How Would You Stand Out?
SAP Certified Application Specialist – SAP BW/4HANA (or equivalent) preferred.
S/4HANA Analytics, SAP Datasphere, or Snowflake certifications a plus.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for downstream visualization.
