Job Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Residential Nursing department. The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures medical and nursing team members maintain a strength-based, family centered, trauma informed care, and culturally responsive focus within the Residential Nursing department. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, this position provides leadership and supports supervision and oversight of the Residential Nursing department. The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures completion of nursing procedures and processes to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the youth served by The Buckeye Ranch.

Who you are:
- You have an Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN); bachelor's of nursing preferred.
- You have two years of nursing experience.
- You preferably have nursing supervisor experience.
- You have an active Ohio RN licensure.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
