Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates - Nursing Or - Diploma - Nursing 
• Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing
• RN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular)
• 5 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's Services
• Nursing Leadership experience

Shift Hours: 6:45AM - 7:15PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
