About our property:

What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Sort daily linen and inspect items for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
- Load and unload dryers properly, cleaning lint traps as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including the linen spreader, towel/linen folder, ironer, and commercial washer/extractor as directed.
- Fold laundry neatly and according to established standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and linen tracking.
- Report any equipment problems or malfunctions promptly.
- Use disposable gloves and all required personal protective equipment while working in the laundry area.
- Help with loading linen closets and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Turn off and secure all equipment before leaving at the end of each shift.
What are we looking for?
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to stand feet for the majority of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to move, traverse, position oneself to reach corners, floors, and high areas; observe conditions, detect odors, and maneuver carts weighing up to 100 lbs. in confined spaces.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment, including spray bottles, washers, dryers, folders, and ironers.
- Knowledge of fabric care and stain removal techniques preferred but not required.
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
$17.13-
