Program Manager

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive our product portfolio and strategic priorities. This role is accountable for end-to-end program delivery, portfolio transparency, and operational rigor, not just coordination spanning New Product Development, SKU rationalization, and portfolio optimization. A critical part of this role is building and maintaining a program health dashboard that provides real-time visibility into progress, risks, resource allocation, and business impact—enabling data-driven decision making at the executive level.
