Treasury Product Management

As a Treasury Product Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our treasury products and services. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, and continuously monitor and improve existing ones. Your ability to balance business objectives with customer needs will be critical to your success.

What you do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our treasury products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and foreign exchange
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product maintenance
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury product management or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of treasury products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and foreign exchange
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business objectives with customer needs
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs
