Job Description
This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary:
- Following & participating in all GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety rules
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; to understand and follow all company safety procedures
- Operate processing equipment while monitoring system
- Periodic performance of preventative maintenance as required
- Monitor product quality during processing
- Cleaning/sanitation of work area and other areas assigned
- Good communication and writing skills are required
- Other responsibilities that may be added/assigned as the business needs change
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and overtime/holidays as needed
- Lift 50 pounds
- Work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend
- Work in variety of hot and cold, wet conditions
