
Kitchen Shift Coordinator
Job Description
PURPOSE This role will reach every part of the operations in a dual-job position. While this position is a Shift Coordinator, it will also step in as a line cook to support the kitchen and restaurant operations. As a Shift Coordinator (hourly, non-exempt position) you are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management. Completion of the Shift Coordinator Program is a requirement prior to starting the Shift Coordinator training. This role will also include duties as a line cook which is responsible for setting up and stocking assigned stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service, and cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
