Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Installer I is responsible for ensuring the successful installation of commercial kitchen equipment and exceptional service delivery to our customers. While performing the duties of this role, the Installer I must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices. This position receives direction and close supervision from the Foreman and/or Project Managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Drive and Operate: Maneuver our automatic 26-foot box truck (non-CDL) to deliver equipment safely and efficiently.
Installation: Set up commercial kitchen and bar equipment with precision and attention to detail.
Forklift Operation: Utilize a forklift to handle equipment as necessary (certification provided if needed).
Order Management: Pick orders accurately and assist with inventory management.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the installation process.
Adaptability: Embrace additional duties as assigned to support team goals and operational needs

Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to handle tools and equipment, with a knack for troubleshooting if needed.
Self-Motivated: Take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Customer-Focused: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
Physical Strength: Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
Ability to travel approximately 1-2 overnights every other week or as needed.
