Supervise the quality of the product produced from the material used up to Finished Goods
Job Description:
- Supervise and verify system implementation to ensure compliance with company standard
- Monitor corrective and improvement actions recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System
- Review reports provided by QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in process control and report them to the QC Section Head
- Inspect and collect data on product complaints for follow-up corrective actions
- Oversee calibration programs for measuring instruments and follow up on results
- Conduct and verify trial runs with R&D for new products and packaging
- Supervise and verify production process alignment to the company’s Quality Plan and SOP.
- Review and verify stok opname reports and monitor OPEX
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the 5R and safety program
- Work with production teams to address any non-standard processes or products
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years in Quality Control/Assurance within manufacturing or food production, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, bottled drinking water beverages, processing standard (e.g. GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SJH), AMDK and Microbiology
- Strong communication and presentation capability
