Are you a people-focused problem solver who enjoys helping others and keeping things moving? We’re looking for an in-office Customer Service Representative to join our Chico, CA team and provide responsive, professional support to customers, business partners, and internal teams.In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for inquiries from the general public, real estate agents, brokers, agencies, and other business partners. Depending on the business area, you may assist with escrow-related questions, insurance policy or claims inquiries, technical support needs, or other service requests.
You’ll communicate with customers through phone, email, and web-based applications to answer questions, resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure each interaction is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. You’ll also use computerized systems to track requests, gather information, troubleshoot concerns, and document activity.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Support customers by phone, email, and web-based applications
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve questions or concerns
- Provide status updates and accurate information using internal systems
- Document interactions and maintain clear, organized records
- Partner with internal teams to help resolve customer needs
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction

Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
