Professional, supervisory and specialized work overseeing counseling assessment, referrals and other human services to individuals, families, and groups in a community, institutional, clinical and/or home setting.  Work includes providing direct-line supervision of subordinate social workers and/or other professional social services counselors for a service delivery program within a facility or region. and related work as required.
