Hybrid Bilingual Support Counselor

As the Bilingual Support Counselor, you will utilize curiosity to understand how to tailor individual interventions and brainstorm different distress tolerance skills that work specifically for the clients and their individual circumstance. You will have the opportunity to implement treatment plans developed by the team and offer behavioral coaching within the process. The Bilingual Support Counselor is responsible for providing in-person services to clients, meeting them where they are within the community, while completing documentation and reports within a timely manner.
