Referral Management Coordinator, Behavioral Medicine DuBois E

The Referral Management Coordinatoris responsible for the management of referrals in the outpatient Behavioral Medicine system, which includes all Outpatient Behavioral Health facilities within the Penn Highlands system.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania OR Completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant Program with at least 2 years of experience preferred
• One to two years of physician office experience required
• Ability to analyze referral information and efficiently schedule patients with a provider in the appropriate region of the system
