Job Purpose

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the Izmir region. This role focuses on promoting Straumann’s dental implant and biomaterial portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value to dental professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory (Izmir and surrounding areas)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Promote Straumann products through regular field visits, presentations, and clinical discussions
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers when needed
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM tools
  • Represent Straumann at industry events, congresses, and workshops
  • Attend and support clinical cases directly with dentists to ensure optimal product usage and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (healthcare / dental / medical device experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region
  • Fluency in Turkish; English is a plus
  • Valid driving license
