The US/Canada Strategy team leads highly visible and impactful projects that help shape the direction of Levi's largest region. As Manager, Strategy US/Canada, you will partner with senior leaders across the business to drive commercial strategy, support key planning processes, and address critical business opportunities and challenges. You will work across Wholesale, Retail, and cross-functional teams, translating insights into action and helping leadership balance long-term priorities with in-season business management.
About the Job
Lead strategic initiatives that support commercial growth and business performance across the US and Canada region.
Project-based work like: competitor overviews and strategic recommendations, whitespace opportunity analysis, development of new processes or ways of working
Support US-Canada leadership for weekly discussions, monthly business performance reviews, bi-annual workshops, and 3-year strategic planning.
Lead task forces, including planning any workshops and brainstorm sessions; serve as an advisor on an ongoing basis with commercial partners, particularly Wholesale and Retail leaders.
Cut through the noise and distill what is important for the business and where to focus energy and efforts; exercise judgment to understand what is important for the business, and the ability to organize and prioritize.
Work with our internal Marketplace & Consumer Insights team to track and share out updates against important consumer segments, competitors, and trends.
Manage the US-Canada strategy cohort weekly meetings.
You will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy, US & Canada
About You
6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
Able to deliver data-driven recommendations in the context of an ever-changing retail landscape.
Experience working with leaders and business partners within a matrixed organization.
Analytical and insightful in their work product; concise and organized in their communication style.
A skill and willingness to “figure it out” if the path forward is not always clear.
Unafraid to speak up and share their perspective when it furthers the discussion, and to ask the right questions to reach clarity.
Passionate about retail, apparel, and the unique role that Levi’s occupies within American culture.
Ready for a high-visibility role that is at the nerve center of the business.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $112,500 - $165,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
