Analyze manufacturing, material, and overhead variances
Oversee inventory and cycle counts
Control budgets and forecasts
Monitor efficiency indicators
Track CAPEX/OPEX
Coordinate monthly cost closing
Ensure cost integration in SAP
Coordinate audits
Supervise the controlling team
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Desirable: SAP, industrial costing, advanced Excel
Leadership, analytical skills, decision-making, communication, planning, results-oriented mindset
5–8 years of experience in costing, inventory management, SAP, and manufacturing
