Job Description
To provide seamless employment and visa services to FZ companies in accordance with ADFZ Employment and Immigration regulations, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting revenue growth, while functioning as a centralized, one-stop solution for all employment and visa requirements.
- Receive requests via established channels, review and ensure all supporting documents required for transactions are collected, scanned and uploaded in the system
Process entry permits and residence visas.
Track, review, and follow up on application statuses on a hourly basis, ensuring timely action on rejections, and return for correction applications.
Liaise with Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security Immigration department for all.
Verification of employment contracts in coordination with the parties and obtaining necessary signatures. submission and approvals and report in case of delays.
Ensure necessary approvals are in place and payments are collected prior to processing the applications.
Ensure visa quota eligibility is reflected in the system for all companies to ensure smooth processing of visa and access cards requests
Monitor AMWAL account on daily basis, ensure sufficient fund availability, and initiate the preparation of fund top up before thresholds are reached to ensure business continuity.
Respond to all queries within the established time frame and service level standards
Maintain & monitor reports for all transactions and update the status on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis for accomplished services.
Customer Service:
Deliver services to customers and positively contributing to the department and the clusters’ customer satisfaction scores.
Contribute efficiently to the department’s performance and to the customers’ journey at large.
Degree / Diploma (Business or equivalent)
General knowledge of free zone landscapes, UAE Labor law, employment regulation, visas, establishment card procedures and Immigration rules and regulation
Excellent typing skills in both English (& Arabic preferred)
Excellent IT knowledge on Government official smart apps, e-dirham, e-Government applications and other Electronic Funds Transfer platform
