Process Technician - Food Manufacturing Third Shift

This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment used in the dry sausage operations such as compressors, pumps, and electronics.  Also responsible for testing and measuring aspects of the sausage while in the drying room to ensure optimal product quality and safety.   Job Responsibilities • Ensure uniform air distribution and the maintenance of target temperature and humidity ranges throughout the drying room.
