About the Role We are seeking a Manager, Client Servicing to lead strategic client relationships and account management
This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and optimal insurance solutions for our clients
You’ll oversee client servicing operations, drive efficiency and continuous improvement, develop teams, support retention and growth, and deliver clear, value-driven risk advisory services
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management Act as the senior relationship owner for key and strategic clients, ensuring proactive, high-quality, and responsive service Lead account management, renewals, client reviews, and escalation handling through tailored insurance and risk solutions Manage insurer and market relationships to secure optimal coverage terms and lead complex renewals and placements Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end client servicing operations, ensuring timely delivery, service excellence, and regulatory compliance Drive service standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement aligned with global brokerage frameworks Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop client servicing teams to build technical capability, performance, and a client-first culture Inspire and support teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve organisational goals Strategic Risk Advisory Provide strategic risk advisory and translate complex insurance concepts into clear, value-driven insights Prepare client and management reports, manage governance requirements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution Retention & Growth Support client retention, account growth, cross-selling, and onboarding in partnership with sales and business leaders What We’re Looking For Education & Professional Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline Relevant industry certifications in Insurance or Risk Management are highly regarded Experience Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in insurance broking, client servicing, or a related field Experience in handling multinational and corporate accounts Client Leadership & Relationship Management Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships Strong track record in delivering client-focused solutions and service excellence Confident in managing complex client requirements, escalations, and negotiations with professionalism Technical & Industry Expertise Deep understanding of insurance products, market practices, and regulatory requirements Ability to translate client needs into strategic and value-driven insurance solutions Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk assessment and program optimisation Leadership & Collaboration Proven ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Communication & Professional Presence Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Professional, client-focused approach that reflects Gallagher’s values of integrity, partnership, and excellence What’s on offer At Gallagher, we believe in empowering our people to thrive both professionally and personally
