1. Job Purpose:

Providing in site and on site technical support for composite business
2. Principal Accountabilities:
( the major end results the job is expected to achieve )
a) Fully complies with HPU policy and Local EHS regulation
b) Maintains and optimizes the innovation portfolio for composite
- Identifies customer’s activities and needs
- Develops the products as the marketing requirements
c) Provides technical support/training for the key customers and distributors
- Provides product/technical introduction to new customer
- Ensures the customer understanding HPU product portfolio
- Provides technical solution and develop the products as customer’s requirements
- Communicates with customer to identify the trials and follows the feedback
d) Handles the complains / trouble shooting
- Provides trouble shooting timely and effectively
- Work with sales, R&D, customer service and QA to resolve customer complaints timely and effectively
e) Market Intelligence
- collects up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, the customers and the competition regularly
3. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
( education, experience, skills and training required for the job )
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree of polymer science
Experiences:
At least 2- 3 years composite related work experience. The experience in PU composite is optimal.
Skill:
MS Office functionalities
Training:
Updated PU Composite knowledge/technology/process, Product development skills, Customer Service skills, Problem-Solving skills
