Design Experience Coordinator
As the Design Experience Coordinator, you will lead our design consultation program, helping customers bring their outdoor spaces to life through personalized recommendations and visualizations. You’ll partner with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design teams to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer experience. This role blends creativity, customer engagement, and innovation to drive brand growth and deliver exceptional design experiences.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do
- Lead the design consultation program, providing tailored recommendations and visual solutions
- Create personalized outdoor living designs for customers
- Manage Trade Program applications, onboarding, and engagement
- Develop design-forward marketing assets across channels
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experiences
- 2+ years of retail or interior design experience
- 2+ years using Adobe Creative Suite
- 2+ years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred)
- Strong customer communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 3+ years of retail or interior design experience
- 3+ years using Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience creating marketing/design content
