AWM | Private Bank | Ultra High Net Worth Credit Underwriter | Dallas

The Underwriting Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Private Bank’s credit delivery model. Working closely with Senior Underwriters, Originators, Credit Executives, and Risk partners, the Associate is responsible for preparing underwriting analyses, drafting credit memos, legal document negotiation and coordinating transaction execution across a wide spectrum of lending solutions for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and family offices.

This role blends financial analysis, credit judgment development, and cross‑functional collaboration, providing a pathway to becoming a senior underwriter.
