National Church Residences is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Service Coordinator to support residents at Sandstone Foothills Apartments, a 40-unit affordable senior housing community in Mineral Wells, Texas.
In this rewarding role, you'll connect residents with valuable community resources, coordinate educational programs and activities, and help create an engaging, supportive living environment for seniors.

What You'll Do
Connect residents with community resources and supportive services
Build relationships with local agencies and service providers
Conduct resident outreach and identify individual needs
Make referrals for transportation, meal programs, financial assistance, healthcare resources, counseling, housekeeping, and other supportive services
Coordinate resident events, educational workshops, and wellness programs
Maintain resource directories and community partnerships
Provide exceptional customer service and resident support
Document resident interactions and service coordination activities
Assist in creating a welcoming, engaging community environment
What We're Looking For
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Preferred Experience
Two or more years of experience in social services, case management, resident services, senior services, community outreach, or a related field
Experience working with seniors, families, or vulnerable populations
Knowledge of local community resources and support programs
Strong communication, organization, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain documentation and manage multiple priorities
