Ferring + You
As a People Operations Specialist, you will deliver core People Operations services with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and consistency. to create a seamless and positive employee and manager experience. You will be responsible for executing employee lifecycle processes and managing HR transactions in a structured environment, ensuring high-quality outputs, data integrity, and adherence to defined service levels and timelines.
You will work closely with employees, managers, and key stakeholders to ensure reliable and compliant service delivery, reporting directly to the People Operations Service Delivery Lead. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of execution while contributing to continuous improvement and global standardization initiatives.
Your day at Ferring
Deliver accurate and timely People Operations services, ensuring high‑quality outputs aligned with defined service levels and timelines
Execute end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and benefits administration, in compliance with labour laws, data privacy requirements, internal policies, and SOPs
Manage HR transactions and case‑related activities end‑to‑end, ensuring proper tracking, timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required
Handle and resolve employee, manager, and HR queries through structured case management processes, providing timely, consistent, and high‑quality responses aligned with service expectations
Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and labour‑related documentation, ensuring completeness and data integrity
Prepare and validate HR data inputs for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness and on‑time delivery, and post‑cycle activities as required.
Process time‑off and absence transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal controls
Leverage use of HR systems, case management tools, and workflow‑driven processes effectively to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service delivery
Support data governance initiatives by ensuring high data quality across HR systems and processes
Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, training materials and knowledge content to ensure clarity and sustainable service delivery
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process execution
Proactively identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and data inconsistencies, and contribute to continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives
Support and contribute to global People projects related to process harmonization, system optimization, and service excellence
Behind our innovation… There’s you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR/People Operations, workforce administration, or a comparable role, ideally in a structured or process-driven environment
Strong knowledge of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, WF Admin, Time & absence management) and local regulations
Experience using HR systems to manage employee data, documentation, case management embracing digital tools and process automation
Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, multicultural, or high‑volume environments is a plus
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
High attention to detail, accuracy, and flawless execution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
Sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Excellent skills in MS Office and hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred
