Executive Sous Chef

The Executive Sous Chef oversees the entire culinary staff and is an extension of the Executive Chef. The Executive Sous Chef supervises the entire culinary staff. The Executive Sous Chef plays a critical role in teaching proper preparation and execution of all of the dishes.
