At Kanaan Communications, LLC, as a Coordinator Quality Control Field, you’ll help ensure construction or installation work meets standards by performing inspections, conducting tests, and monitoring compliance throughout projects. What you’ll do
- Schedule and oversee quality inspections during installation to ensure compliance with plans
- Support final inspections to confirm work meets customer and construction requirements
- Identify, document, and report issues, and follow up until resolved
- Verify required tests are done and results are documented
- Help with project activities and follow installation milestones as directed
- Organize and maintain quality control records and reports
- Perform administrative tasks like scheduling and coordinating with teams
- Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
Additional qualifications
- One year of relevant work experience
- Quality control experience preferred
- Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
- Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
