YOUR MISSION

This position is a dual role function, with responsibilities split 80% in Purchasing and 20% in Master Data Management (MDM). The Purchasing scope includes creating purchase orders for vendors, managing procurement activities, parking invoices, and handling intercompany and cross-channel stock transfers. This role also requires close collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure timely stock arrival for launches, as well as coordination with Logistics on inbound requirements. MDM (Master Data Management) includes ensuring SAP vendors is maintained, and creating new codes where needed. This position also involves supporting other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Task 1: Place Purchase Orders based on Sales Orders, for each Order Placement Dates. Ensure Purchase Orders are issued accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with stakeholders on all end-to-end process matters, including Merchandising, Planning, Sales Operations, Logistics, and vendor or factory. Follow up closely on upcoming project orders with Merch to avoid missed orders. Purchasing related end-of-the-end tasks e.g., PO creation, Filtering Outcome, PO Checks, Vendor or Factory communication, Parking of invoices, GR, Defect handling and resolution.

Task 2: Work with factories to track POs until they are ready for shipment to SEA countries. Perform and track intercompany transfers Inter & Intra-region. Actively use existing tools and encourage cross functional departments to adopt the same.

Task 3: Timely creation & amendment to vendor code when requests are submitted.

Task 4: Ensure proactive communication of issues to various departments and enable process improvements.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum 2 years working experience.

IT Skills: Microsoft Excel
Language Skills: English and local languages
