- The sales support administrator will provide support to the Sales teams and liaise with the Procurement team
- Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
- Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
- Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
- Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
- Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
