This is a fully in-office position.


We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our PHS Branch. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients—answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to service completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Delegating lead flow to Sales Department
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and timelines
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
  • Process Payments and Statements
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and billing support
  • Minimum of 2-years' Experience in a Professional Setting (Reception and/or CSR)
  • High Diploma (or Equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
  • Good Adaptability Skills (Able to Remain Calm During Stressful Customer/Employee Encounters)
  • Detail Orientated/Organized
  • Industry Knowledge is preferred but not required
